  • No, HBCA is an incorporated not for profit association, we are not a charity. We can not provide tax receipts. However, if you are looking to provide a contribution from your business than email us to explore sponsorship or advertising opportunities.

  • You can choose for your donation to go to the General Fund, the Zebra Mussel Fund, the Playground/Park Fund or the Trails & Accessibility Fund.

  • Absolutely we are always looking for volunteers. Email us and let us know what you are most interested in!

  • Always! We have many community members who donated in-kind materials and services. For example ATVs or skid steers on beach clean-ups, handy man services for park maintenance, digging holes for sign posts, winter watch patrols, and more.

  • Yes you can. A few of the benches in our community have been purchased by a family in memory of their loved one. The cost of the bench, engraving and installation is covered by your donation and we look after the rest.
