- Pets: It is important for visitors to keep their pets and the community safe by keeping their pet under control at all times. Be aware that pet’s safety can be at risk when loose or unsupervised due to wildlife in the region. - Parking: Please observe no parking signs that are posted near the beach areas. Limited parking is available. Public parking is available at Charlie Wall Park.
- Waste Disposal: Public waste disposal is available at the Traverse Bay Waste Disposal Grounds only. Each property has a tag that is required for waste disposal. From May 1st - Oct 31st the Traverse Bay Waste Disposal site is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m... Please keep household waste securely and safely stored to prevent wildlife from getting into garbage. Brown waste receptacles in the community are for Day Use Visitors Only.
